especially the straights .... sould make 4 a very hard race 4 us cortina drivers

So, part of my previous problem of not having time to race was spending more time with the missus as well as work. well that is no longer, so as soon as i pick up my rebuilt laptop, i think ill just jump on the computer and what the feck I want lol. Should be there for tassie.
Anyone else actually driven this track in real life? A lot of fun :D

The laps certainly go by fast, being so short.
I did a comfortable 1:07 in my Eastern creek settings, hope to put some laps in tomorrow...

I managed a 1.05.222, and that was with some very interesting approaches to a few corners.
Other than that, mid 1.05's easy enough, and a 1.06 is now a bad lap. :)

I did about 40 laps, with a slightly modified version of my Sandown setup, which was a slightly modified setup from Jeff (Speedfreak).:yo:

Hmmm... 1:06 is a good lap for me.

I used Radiator at 1 and Brake duct 1.

Also over 1.06 is a slow lap, I was averaging 1.05.6

that is funny, I have it organise now, I wear my good head phones without the mic, hold the mic from the crappy head set the ear pieces don't work, press a button and steer with an elbow! (and I don't really feel comfortable about talking on the things anyway!).
I only have to work out how to have more volume on the 'vent' over the in-race sounds...

but it is great tool and certainly fun listening in in race mode at times...

After about 70 laps or so tonight, I finally managed a 1.05.136, and it was a clean lap too, no drifting either.

There were about 5 to 6 show up, most laps in the 1.05.5 range.

The race should be a beaut Wed night. the hairpin will likely be a danger zone though, especially 1st lap. :car:

I jumped on last night for a few laps and concentrated on my worst section, Steve you will pleased getting the first turns organised dropped me to low 1:07s with race settings.
I think I will need to sort out my indicators and hand signals, it is going to be a 'busy' race me thinks...
