Sig request

I am looking for someone to make me up a sig based on the movie Hot Fuzz. I like the cover of the DVD, so if it could be made similar to that i would be grateful. Dimension for the sig must be no larger than 600 pixels wide and 200 pixels tall. Picture is attached for general idea. Would like to keep the name on the sig as per pic, and the following logo "Big Cops, Small Town, Moderate Violence". The sig is for a tournament where we are police officers and it is for a bit of fun.
