Server Doc

Ok as some of you are aware we seemd to be having a slight issue with the server doc. Basically what is happening is everytime we restart the weekend the webcontrol program thinks the server is down and then re-boots the server which in turn boots us :(
We adjusted the serverdoc scanning time to be greater but it's still hit and miss. One way around this is to ditch the 2 sprint races and make it one race, Its not ideal but it's not ideal for everyone to get the boot aswell everytime we advance or restart.

So the poll is in place so please vote, also i will be incontact with Samps to see if we can get a fix for this problem.

Although i wasn't there for the problem last night i think put up with it because i really enjoy a 2 race format, sometimes even a 3 race format :)

It's a bit of a pain but I like the sprint race idea, the same essentially as what I have been doing in the Megane and Skoda series.
