As it seems we have resecured the forums, it's necessary to start getting things back to the way they were.
For the F1 Live Coverage hosted by ITV, there are several websites currently known to the F1A community that are consistant.
They are -
http://www.soccer-live.pl/ITVF1/f1player.php - Working
http://bilmosk.org/simulcastPlayer.swf - Down
http://www.coresworld.net/F1/ - Down
http://www.channelf1.net/ - Down
http://stream.ra1kkonen.com/ Down
http://formulanoticias.freehostia.com/index.html - Working
http://www.tvunetworks.com - Downloadable Program
www.f1fanas.lt/viewpage.php?page_id=83 - Working

Hey guys,
Did anyone else have problems watching any of the Hungarian GP with these links...
I missed the Practice and Qualifying and then when it was time for the race I had to watch it on TVU with the American commentators....terrible!
I am hoping these links will work in time for the Friday practice, Qualifying and Race of Valencia.
Any suggestions of new links if these continue not to work.... Especially for the Friday Practice and Qualifying?
Cheers

For those interested, ITV seems to have cracked down on these illegal websites. However, this link does seem to work for me at the moment.

Sorry for taking quite so long to reply, Danman. Didn't realise anybody had replied to the post.

Updated
Links have been updated with Down and Working to help ease.
Down simply means that the website is no longer active due to unknown reasons.
Working means, quite simply, that the website is active. Any additional detail to the links (eg. Practice 1 and 2 are shown, but Practice on Saturday is not) will be appreciated if anybody sees any errors.

I've found a way to watch the Live F1 Coverage online programme offered by ITV on an Australian, or any where else for a fact, browser. The theory behind it is that you configure your "proxy configurations". So, i'll explain. I didn't create this myself and i will give a link to the official source of the information at the bottom of the post.
This process works for Firefox. Internet Explorer and other browsers may be similar, although unknown.
So, as follows.
To be able to access the following footage located at http://www.itv-f1.com/VideoLive.aspx, you have to follow these steps.
1) In Firefox, open Tools > Clear Private Data
Delete what has been default added, as well as "cookies". This will, however, delete all your web page listings and passwords on such web pages. (These websites aren't very hard to remember though, are they?)
2) On the toolbar on the top of the Firefox browser, access Tools> Options> Advanced> Network> Configure How Firefox Connects To The Internet (Settings button).
3) Select the Manual Proxy Configuration tab and in 'HTTP Proxy', type "92.244.180.3" (Without the ") In the port box, type or navigate to 8080.
4) Press the "OK" button.
Now, your computer should now be giving off information that it is located in England. In my case, Google loads up as www.google.co.uk.
I don't recommend to keep these settings when not intending to watch the coverage on ITV. My internet web page loading speed was significantly slowed whilst under these proxy settings. To switch back, go back into the Settings tab and click "Auto Detect Proxy Settings For This Network". It will then revert back to Australian.
With only two races left in the season, and ITVs broadcasting, this is most likely pointless - but it's worth a shot from my point of view. This may even work if the BBC (hopefully) have a similar live coverage system.
I havn't had the ability to try this on the actual coverage, as i was only able to stumble upon the idea whilst on some forums. When loading up the ITV Live Coverage, even when a session was not running, it now stated "The Next Session Will Be Saturday Practice 1 At....." The comments about it are too looking positive. The slowed browser speed does not seem to effect the footage speed, according to comments.
The original post can be found here (http://www.markwebberforum.com/index.cgi?board=china2008&action=display&thread=2957) at roughly half way down the page.

As this has just come to my attention, there are a series of things i may have missed or misinformed.
Step 1 may no longer be necessary. I have just tried, and it seems the websites will still load if deleting of private data has not been carried out. This may be an error though. It would be wise to delete private data first.
The internet pace has also picked up with the new proxy. Such slow web page speeds may only have been felt by myself initially. If they happen to you, however, give it a few minutes, switch between the two proxys a couple of times. That may fix your problems.
Some problems may arise for some. When switching between proxys, your passwords will be removed and you will be logged out from any website. At least - i'm getting logged out from XGN.

Just use FF normally and get IE for this, or vice versa if you use IE.
Going to try that trick today

No streams seem to be working at the moment. If you wish to watch the qualifying and race and those shown don't work, i've just found another one.

All hail thyne great Mark Webber forums.
Just say that you're over 18 and it loads it up after about 15 seconds.

Thanks for that!
I couldn't get the Proxy stuff to work. It would load up but the ITV thing still thought I was outside of UK. I did what vietnow suggested and didn't clear any IE data, but downloaded firerox and used that.

If anybody feels the extreme need to find out about the latest in Saturday Practice 1 - and because it's not actually broadcasted by ITV - visit

Whilst the season is over, interseason testing is still going. Not quite a video feed, but you can still keep on with the current lap times at the following website. The right of the page, in case you can't see it. Although the website is in Spanish, you can work some of the words out.
Green = In Pits
Purple = Out (Not necessary at the moment, as it is testing)
Orange = Incident
Black = Under investigation.
Red = In Pit Box
