Mosport track not loading

I'm having issues getting this track to work. Downloaded the track from the historix season 4 thread.

I've downloaded the track a few times (different links each time). Ensured that unrar workes with no errors. Unrarred with path. Put in locations folder along with other tracks.

Each time I try a test session or join the multiplayer track the track freezes at the track splash screen (once the progress bar gets to the end). Each time i redownload the track i remove the mosport track and subdir from locations and my userdata dir. I can use any other track in historix with the same car (no issues).

When i try this track in my non-historix rfactor install I can get past the splash screen but the car sits in a strange place and won't change gear but will rev (I've verified that my key-bindings are correct for gear changes etc). All other tracks/cars etc work, just not in mosport.

Any ideas?

Well I've fixed the problem. It appears that the track makes assumptions about where it is installed. I usually modify my config.ini to point tracksDir to c:\rFactor\locations. The MoSport track only works if it is in the rFactor GameData directory. The track probably is assuming a resource is available in a subdir. Anyway, hope this helps someone else as well.
