I know your already registered in Vent now but just incase you need it again, Right Click an Admins name, a menu will appear, choose 'User' from the Menu then choose 'Send Page'.

And it can be any [ADMIN] or most [CA]'s , it doesnt have to be just an XGN admin, any admin from any clan will help you out. ;)
