hay all. thinking of getting back into racing sims, but i dont want to buy a wheel again, thinking of just getting a xbox controller or playstaying type of controller.
do these controllers work well with current sims, many disadvantages.

i tried using my xbox controller in rfactor, it wouldnt reset to the center, so your allways correcting yourself, and because its soo touchy you cant make it around a lap.
and with the triggers to accelerate are touchy aswel i couldnt accelerate witout going into a burnout, even when slowly pulling in the trigger

Driving games on consoles are designed with hand controllers in mind, not on the pc
