Oran Park track day

On Monday i took part in the final laps at Oran Park, that was my second day out there in the last 7 days. Last Thursday was my first day at that particular track and i have to say its a fantastic track with a good mix of slow and fast corners.

Anyway i have attached a picture of a poor guys car that ended his day in a rather unhappy way,what would you tell the wife.. this was the only incident of the day. Oran didnt want go peacefully.

Its a massive shame, since I've started kart racing last year I raced the circuit a couple of times and its one of my favourite karting circuits, if not my favourite.

RIP indeed, such a shame to see it go...a tough knock for karting in the Sydney metro.

One guy tank slapped his Turbo Liberty and enptied his ashtray onto his lap. I think the whole of the pit lane saw the incident as people said "ohhhh" when he crossed it up exiting the bridge, then all eyes were on the Subi, then she gracefully crossed back and it was off to the grass (sideways) and over she went
