Yeah was good fun, with all the different cars in this mod and some fantastic tracks, there is quite a bit of enjoyment to be had. Will be awesome once we have a controllable server up.

Pleased to got to my first outing for the XGN Historix group thanks to Glen and Snakeeyes.
Jumped into my old favourite, the Mustang, mainly for noise (smile), but soon found that if I did concentrate even I could beat Glen and Snake at the ???? track against their Alfas.
Not sure about the others, but i just used the default setup and found in both cars having a ball. The sound from the Alfas has that fantastic Weber growl mixed with hi reving mechanical noises.
If we decide to run a one make race, the alfa would be a good bet to allow everyone to get in some close racing.

Never experienced the fantastic ripples on the last turn leading into the straight on the one time we raced at ??? (what track was that?) in an early season of XGN GTL league, the fFactor tracks certainly deliver.

That's it for now, be we sure do need to get this going, I will put some time recruiting in the next couple of weeks, I have bought my son-in-law the P&G combo, but I think another pre-Xmas pressie of rFactor is in order *evil grin*.

yep its a good fun mod and its nice for a change to sit back with some mates and have a luagh and that :thumb:
