I will post download links to the BBC1 F1 coverage in this thread but they are RTMP (Real Time Messaging Protocol) links so you will need to find your own way of downloading them or use the program below. As far as I know if the show is 100 minutes long, it will take 100 minutes to download, hence the "Real Time".
They will download as .FLV files, the video is h264 and the audio is AAC. You can demux the streams by using a program called FLV Extract and you can remux them by using the MKVtoolnix (I prefer the MKV container, but can also be muxed to MP4).
