Hey guys i was wondering if we should have a fun knockout comp for the above mode.
My thoughts,
clans can enter multiple teams, the software populates the brackets, for example if we had 16 teams, that would mean 4 x matches with 4 squads playing each match.
The draw is random so the first 4 teams listed in the brackets are match 1 and so on. In each match the top 2 teams can progress to the next round with a score of 1-0 entered for both of the teams for the ladder.
Round 1 would be 4 matches, Round 2 2 matches with the grand final hosting 4 squads with the winner of that match being crowned the overall winner.
im thinking 5 players max in case of abscences, pretty sure xTR could field 3 teams
If there is a need and a lot of interest we could consider 32 teams due to the fact that would only involve 8 matches in round 1.......
not really complicated either. We would probably have to dedicate a night per week , Saturday maybe... we could nail even the bigger comp in 6 weeks. Also would have 1 map choice per round.
