I am not sure where I can put this, but
F1A Championship Joshua Reynolds Allyc4t 21 12 33.33 Avoidable racing incident causing noticable damage Warning The report was for a failure to redress, which in itself would not be considered because Allyc4t quit the race within 30 seconds of the incident. Plus, once Joshua Reynolds had got himself back on track, a lot of time had passed, meaning that for an instant redress, Allyc4t would have had to remained stationary for a dangerous amount of time. However, the incident itself was very much avoidable from Allyc4ts perspective and he receives a warning for his conduct in this incident.
I reported this as Avoidable Racing Incident, then I put in description. "hit me from rear failed to redress".
This is not reported as failed to redress. This is reported as "Avoidable Racing Incident", can this please be judge under what it was for, being hit in rear which was avoidable. How can you take second part of the sentance under description as what the main penatly is for?.

The incident was assessed in it's own right Joshua:
However, the incident itself was very much avoidable from Allyc4ts perspective and he receives a warning for his conduct in this incident.
The decision stands.

Actually I want to respond to the other incident, I was forced off, Allyc4t even said he did it delibratly. Why even have that as an option to report if you are alloud to do it?. I had nowhere to go I could not brake in time as I was "forced off" when I was half way passed his car. I had the momentum and I was going passed why would I assume he would run me off the track when it was not even the racing line. I would never have even been passing there if he had not left the track. What does coming back on in a straight line have to do with it? He didnt even finish the race yet the penalty is only 15 seconds.
Allyc4ts right side wheels even touched the grass thats how wide he pushed me.
8.2n)
A driver may manoeuvr their car carefully to dicate the line of the opposing driver while defending a position but the driver must not force their opponent off the circuit, the driver must not make sudden violent movement causing significant contact, and their movement must comply with rule (8.2m). PENALTY = 15 seconds added to total race time or reference rule (8.2l) if appropriate
8.2l)
Drivers must avoid crashing into or spinning other drivers.
8.2i)
Drivers must take care after going off track. Drivers must ensure the track is clear before rejoining and avoid potential incident. Unsafe recovery to the track and attempting to maintain track position by rejoining directly in front of other drivers is not permitted.
PENALTY = Single Position demotion and exclusion from qualifying at next race the driver participates in. Pit lane start if rule (8.2h) or rule (8.2l) applied to the incident.

How can you change what I am reporting to make it not effect? I reported the avoidable crash that caused damage, nothing to do with redressing.

Just calm down Joshua, you're the one that talked about the failure to redress, so you're the one that brought it into the report. The incident was reveiwed throughly from the position of both drivers and a decision was made. That is the end of the story.

We will not re-explain the reasons for our decision, the incident was reviewed in a completely unbiased manner and a decision was made based on what was seen on the replay - that decision is not up for review and discussion. This thread closes right now, and I would suggest that you take some time to cool off before posting again.

Just fyi, you're lucky Webby actually even reviewed any of those reports because apparently the incidents occurred in the DEV race and you reported them for the championship series
