exclude the farce that was spa and hamilton is already world champion. that's the way i'll always view it no matter what happens this weekend.
I hope he does make it official though just for the record.

Yup, and if that guy ISN'T Lewis "Colour Blind With Red Lights & James Allen Wants My Babies" Hamilton, then I'll be happy.

Look, anybody could have missed the lights. He wanted to win, he had a lapse in concertration and had an accident. I seem to remember that all the Ferrari fans were booing Massa after Malaysia this year. "He's not fit to wear the colours" i seem to have read alot. Now all you Ferrari supporting, Lewis hating fans are almost kissing his arse. Learn to stick by what you say and don't just go back because the other driver cocks up his season due to errors.
And Lewis can hardly help the fact that James Allen wants to have his babies, can he?
I seem to remember a certain driver, let's call him Driver X, having a lapse in concentration at Monaco in 2006, too.

FYI, I'm not a Ferrari fan, I'm a Fisi fan and an F1 fan, personally I believe neither Hamilton or Massa deserve to be champion, so don't just think that because I criticise Lewis I'm a Ferrari supporter, because newsflash, Ferrari fans are not the only ones that question Lewis's, erm, tactics.
Lapse of concentration, yup, for sure. Anyone could have missed the lights? Yeah, sure, Fisi did in 2007, along with Felipe, but both Kimi and Robert were stopped at the pitlane, so obviously it isn't invisible.
Look, it was an ugly incident, could have happened to anyone, but it was him, and it certainly looked from the replays that he chose which car to hit, but I digress, like I said above, neither Massa or Hamilton have done enough this season to warrant being called "champion", I guess a little like Kimi last year too.
Certainly not in the ways Michael, Fernando and Mika did before them.

Posting pictures of something that happened a decade ago isn't going to detract from the fact that Himlton has driven within direct contradiction of the rules this season on a number of occasions. Cutting chicanes blatantly and the farce of Canada are still fresh in everyones mind, anyway, I'm not getting into a picture war with you on this.
Did Michael always play by the rules? Nope, he didn't, we all know that, I can say right now that I wasn't a big fan of Michael Schumachers, but in 2000 to 2004, no other driver on the grid even come close to matching him, Mika was a gentlemen and Fernando was the guy who in 2005 and 2006 turned Renault into world beaters.
In most seasons, you can usually sit back and say there was one guy who deserved more than any other. But for the last two years, it hasn't been obvious. In fact, last season I thought Fernando was the most deserving, before he got railroaded by McLaren, but that's another story. This year, no one has really earnt it, Lewis, Felipe and Kimi have all made massive screw ups throughout the season and really, neither of them have looked like a champion.
The great thing about opinions Toby is that we are allowed to haev them, we can all have our own and they can all be different. There's two ways you can do it though, you can stand there and argue your opinion with someone else trying to achieve something (and most of us never know what to be truthful) or you can just accept that we all see and believe things differently.
You want Lewis to be champ, I don't, either way, what we think won't change the outcome on Sunday, and I like to spend my time doing more constrcutive things then arguin on forums.

Sure could have used your input in the 'cube box' thread. ;)
By the way, my picture reply was more of a joke in reference to you referring to Schumacher as rightfully winning the titles - i wasn't trying to spark an argument.

You would hope so given the experience of all 3 when they won their championships. While no one may have been convincing a such this year, it has probably been one of the toughest championships for a while. Both Felipe and Lewis have had to overcome adversities that neither of the 3 you mentioned above had to go through when they won their championships. Both Lewis and Felipe deserve this years championship, but there can only be on World Champion, and for ****s sake i hope its Lewis.

Lewis will have a blow out on the last lap and Massa will cruise past giving him the bird and claiming the tittle. Then on the on his way back to the pits he will pull up next to lewis' car and rip some donuts.:Banane20:
