Hopefully the F1 cars go back to looking like they used too these cars look great. Thier just adding too much stuff to the cars these days, do the 09 rules address this issue?

Pretty much.

Taking into contention the massive front wings and the few car addons, all you have to do is add on a high back wing and the 2009 cars may look similar.
